A critical part of the Open Road management team, this role sits at the heart of the business and is accountable for the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Reporting to the MD, this role is accountable for and oversees administrative, organisational, financial, HR, IT, and governance for the charity together with efficient and effective office management. This role is a central (and often the first) point of contact for colleagues and external parties (schools, colleges, students, parents, suppliers etc). It is the ‘face’ of Open Road and one of its ambassadors, playing a vital role in ensuring that students (and potential students) have a
positive experience. It also serves to operate as the ‘right-hand person’ for the MD, deputising in their absence and being a main point of escalation as required for the management team.
