Corporate Sponsorship
As we look to expand our impact, we’re eager to connect with businesses, industry leaders, and training providers who share our passion for developing the next generation of skilled professionals. Colaberating with Open Road provides the perfect platform to:
Engage with the future workforce and inspire young talent to explore vocational careers
Collaborate on apprenticeship and training opportunities that bridge the gap between education and employment
Support alternative education pathways and build a stronger, skilled workforce.
We’re keen to explore potential partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborative initiatives that create meaningful career opportunities for young people. If your organisation is committed to skills development, workforce readiness and community development, let’s connect!

Our Sponsors
We are proud to be partnered with businesses who share our vision and values. These partnerships help us deliver consistent, high-quality services to our students.

Timber Services
Timber Services (UK) Ltd is great believer in change for the better. The Open Road gives their students the theory and practical knowledge to thrive in any workplace. I think their syllabus brings the best out of their students, when visiting Open Road, I see young confident people who are willing to help.
The Open Road staff’s wonderful work and dedication shines through their students. Their commitment to teaching new skills is unwavering and long may it continue. At the recent awards night, you could see the emotion in the teaching staff and how much their work means to them, this culture is second to none.
This alternative to school/college clearly works for these students. We would love to see Open Road expand and continue its valued work elsewhere. Their mission is so valuable and essential for the generations to come.
Thank you for everything the team does.

Norfolk Community Foundation
At Norfolk Community Foundation, we are proud to champion organisations that make a lasting difference in our communities. Over the past decade, we’ve been privileged to support Open Road’s inspiring journey through more than 60 grants, totalling over £250,000. Their dedication to building young people’s skills aligns perfectly with our mission to create stronger, brighter futures across Norfolk.
– Claire Mackintosh MBE (Chief Executive)

Stephenson Smart
We’re proud to support Open Road West Norfolk Trust, who do incredible work supporting young people that need a different route to thrive. Their commitment to creating inclusive, supportive environments helps individuals build confidence, develop skills, and realise their potential outside of traditional academic settings.

Snap-On
Snap-on® is proud to support the important work of Open Road West Norfolk, an organisation dedicated to equipping the next generation of technicians with the skills and confidence to succeed. Through early learning and hands-on skills development, young people can build a strong foundation for a rewarding career. Inspiring technicians to be the best they can be is at the heart of what we do—because in a fast-changing industry, the right training and tools from the start make all the difference.
Carrie Buckman – Marketing Manager, Snap-on Diagnostics and Garage Equipment

Co-Part
Copart has been a proud supporter of Open Road West Norfolk since 2013, loaning vehicles for students to gain practical hands-on mechanical skills and learn more about modern automotive technology.
With a reported skills gap in the vehicle repair side of the automotive industry, it is more important now than ever for us to support young people with an interest in this area and ensure that we have a long-term sustainable workforce for the future.
By supporting the fantastic work of Open Road West Norfolk for over a decade, we’re playing our part to help attract and engage young people into an automotive career path, as they are the future of the industry.

Anglian Recycling
We’ve had the pleasure of working with Open Road for a number of years, supporting their valuable initiatives by donating skips and providing waste management services. We’ve also supplied packs of bricks to aid in their essential, hands-on training programmes, which offer practical experience for individuals keen to enter the industry.
Our connection with Open Road is further strengthened by a strong relationship with the management team. The organisation’s deep local roots and genuine commitment to meaningful community engagement align closely with our own values, and we’re proud to support their work.

Adrian Flux Insurance
Adrian Flux is honoured to have built a long-term partnership with Open Road West Norfolk.
As a family-owned company that remains fiercely proud of its Norfolk roots, we continue to support a number of local initiatives and charities that make such a huge difference to the community that we call our own.
Open Road is certainly one of those and provides professional and alternative education for young people in the district, many of whom have struggled to settle in the mainstream system. It’s the perfect fit for us given our founder, Adrian Flux, saw opportunities where others saw obstacles.
His passion for motoring wasn’t held back by his disability and he formed his own insurance brokerage with the aim of insuring the ‘ininsurable’ – starting with his very own kit car.
Despite growing into one of the UK’s largest independent insurance brokers, we haven’t forgotten our roots and they underpin our company motto – insurance for the individual. Open Road is equally committed to making sure each person gets the opportunities they deserve despite the challenges they have been presented with, an ethos we will always support.
Our senior partner, David Flux, has also been a trustee of Open Road since it was established in 2009 so it’s only natural we want to help his efforts in striving to make a difference to those students who attend the Rollesby Road centre.
What Sponsorship Looks Like
As a corporate sponsor, you’ll gain visibility and recognition across our website and events, along with opportunities to engage your team through meaningful involvement. Your partnership offers a tangible way to demonstrate your commitment to community and education.
Financial donations help us to cover the core costs of running Open Road, they also allow us to provide additional benefits to our students such as free lunches. Monetary donations are always useful, but there are other ways in which you can show your support for Open Road’s students. Donated materials and equipment provide unique opportunities to our students to work on projects outside of our usual provision. Excess stock items that are no longer of use to an organisation could create a rare and unique opportunity for our young people to discover something new that fascinates them. With your support we can help our students find their own path to the future.

Employee Engagement
Opportunities for staff volunteering, mentorship, and project involvement.

Community Impact
